Refund policy

We want your reptile's habitat to be right. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, email dragonstone.exotics@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

If anything in your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Opened substrates, consumables and live plants can't be returned unless they arrived damaged.
