Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your kit ships.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Bulbs, ceramic hides and electronics are packed to protect them in transit.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Returns
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened electrical items (bulbs, fixtures, thermostats and meters) can only be returned if they are defective.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
